Voyage Baltimore

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Smooth road?! Not. I didn’t realize this road existed until one day, a friend said to me, “Latisha, you could help so many more women if you turned your passion into a brand and business. Your guidance, advice, and network are way too good to give away for free!” I’d never thought of it that way. I was a connector and resource—an informal and formal mentor. I loved helping women navigate career obstacles and creating plans to reach the next step on their journey. I loved making connections in my network. I would do any and everything I could to ensure women didn’t make the same mistakes I made or hit similar roadblocks.
